Isn't he the same size in Magicland Dizzy? In fact it's the same sprite in both games on the 8-bit systems, just mirrored. As for the bolts, there are two reasons they are likely as they are. One, the fact you can only carry one item at a time would make it impossible to smash the full flask if the ...

I'm not interested in Steam or any of the other providers. I don't play games on my PC. But thanks anyway.

As for rebuying games for Steam you have already bought hard copies for, you are a mug for falling for their scam. They should offer them for free if you provide proof you already own it.

I don't have steam and I have no intention of installing it, so I won't be claiming my prize.

Don't worry I have no intention of downgrading to Windows 10. What I have works so why rock the boat? I had enough hassles getting 8.1 working so no way am I going to go through all that hassle again when I don't need to.

There is nothing past that screen. I have tried it with NOOTRAC (well, with TROWBRIDGE on the CPC, which does the same thing) and Dizzy just keeps falling until he lands on another part of the map, depending on the angle he falls at. The wall between himself and the bat/life is there to prevent this...

Dizzy cannot continue to the right, that area is inaccessible. NOOTRAC just takes you onto a blank screen.

Since when were cartoons realistic? It was billed as the Ultimate Cartoon Adventure so expecting realism is like expecting the Coyote to catch the Road Runner.

I don't think its a waste of memory at all. It adds to the mystery and illusion of the world being bigger than what is in memory. It would be a bit boring if the tomb was simply blocked off from all sides. It's touches like these that polish the game and set it above average.
