Ah, didn't consider that a lot of people use 'mental maps' as I have always drawn my own maps of games, especially the bigger ones like COTM to help me keep track of where I am and what I want to do, otherwise I'd probably still be wandering around the fields. Maps can also be helpful for those seem...

splitting games into sections

I simply can't build a coherent picture of the game map in my head, so it may be the only comp game I don't manage to complete. I ...

I'll always check out the landscape first to see what barriers I come across preventing progress in any direction. Then stroll through the available area to see what items are available and whether any hints are given from objects or people. Then all items available are taken down to ground level an...

WhyNotSmile, I think you'll find it's the towel and toothpaste you've got, as you wouldn't have the dominatrix outfit if you hadn't already given the shampoo to the woman going on a hot date. Both of these items are not required. I was going to make Daisy use the toothpaste to stop the peanuts falli...

How are you supposed to get back after sorting out the dragon? I've never been able to jump up the ledge that the fuel can is on so had to go via the 'chimney', but once you drop down to the ledge you can't get back up, and after getting the fuel and fixing the dragon the chimney is still open and t...

I agree with DizzyFan, those were good comments about the spirit of the competition and the positive feedback all the games get on the forum threads. We make the games cos we love the Dizzy style of gaming and want others to enjoy our efforts and personally, I wouldn't even have completed my first g...

Are you sure that's what you need Spooky as that puzzle was right at the start, but if so then you need to drop down the hole just to the left of the start screen, go right and down and et the rock from the water. Go out of the cave, go left one screen and drop the rock about halfway in to block the...
