Slightly Magic Kickstarter

Post by Adz.M » Tue Nov 26, 2013 12:24 pm

Those of you who follow the Retro Asylum will know about this already.

Colin Jones, the creator of Slightly Magic has launched a Kickstarter to not only make an "8-bit Legacy edition" of the game, but also hope to work on his Slightly trilogy that he originally planned to make back in the day.

The funding target is £7,000.

Sadly, the project predictably failed to reach It's target.

However, Colin Jones posted this update, "Slightly Magic will be back in 2014...".

Well. It’s ok to release Slightly Magic kickstarter to keep looks like spectrum if this game is free.

Buf if the author wants to sell Slightly Magic kickstarter. it’s better to update to graphics (16bit/32bit) but keep the same gameplay.

Looks like a good candidate for DizzyAGE :)
I bet someone would remake it for far less than £7000.

I did play it back in the day. Happy to remember it now.
