ANOTHER TREASURE ISLAND DIZZY
Walkthrough
 
At the start the tree on the right of the screen is the ‘single palm’.
Remember this.

Move left from starting position, ignore chest and climb/jump up big stone steps.

Watch out for the green and red bee. Get coin.

The rock on the left is the ‘solitary rock’.

Ignore ‘HELLO SAILOR’ and get coin in plant just past it.

Cross bridge noting flippers under first support of bridge.

Get coin behind second electric danger/flash sign at generator.

Walk under wooden path and get coin behind plant.

Go back to start of walkway and jump up.

Note the blue and yellow bee. It will drop a coin if you jump through it.
Leave this screen with bee above left hand side of the hut.

Move left ignoring coin above you.
You will jump off a cloud later on and get it.

Jump up left onto a higher platform before you leave this screen.
There is a trap on next screen. 

Get Coin on higher platform and jump up left from where coin was.

Get coin from behind hut on the right.

Go right and pick up spade.

From where the spade is Jump right and fall through bee which will drop a coin.
It might take several goes to get it.

Go left and jump back up to the first walkway.

Go left and when you can, jump up to right and then immediately jump up to left.
Get coin behind leaves.

Jump up to left, get coin and scuba gear.

Go right 2 screens jumping up at the end of the screens then jump up left.

See mechanism with key hole, get coin and note the saucepan above you.
You will get this much later.

Go all the way back right, drop down and get coin.

Jump right from where coin (11th) was and onto clouds.
Jump right and collect 2 coins.

Jump back to the left over the clouds and land on platform. Get coin (14th).

Jump back up all the way left to hut where scuba gear was and jump out left.

Get 2 coins. Note boulders on next screen to left.

Walk right under walkway and get coin (17th) hidden behind two red and yellow flowers.

Walk right to next red and yellow flowers and jump up to the right to escape trap.

Go back to beach and pick up the chest.
You should be carrying the spade, scuba gear and chest.

Go right into water and get coin. Go right avoiding fish etc. until you see a pile of rocks.

Put chest on top of pile.

Go back left to sunken ship, jump up to left, get coin, get ship’s wheel, get detonator.

Return to chest and jump up right avoiding shark and fish.

Get coin (20th) but leave magic stone.

Up on land move right, drop ship’s wheel beside rocks, cross gap and drop the spade in the gap between rocks.

Jump into the cavern from the right to avoid flames of wall light.

Go left picking up the dynamite and return to the beach on the other side of the water.

Drop spade beside first palm tree.
Keep scuba gear.

Go all the way left, avoiding traps, to the pile of rocks in the mine tunnel.

Place dynamite beside rocks and retire to 3rd set of supports and drop detonator.
Rocks will be blown up and one will come towards you.
Pick the rock up.
You will not be able to get past the stalactites. 

Go back into trees and all the way up to the right to where you jump on the clouds again.

Go right until you are on the last cloud and press action.
The rock will drop onto and through the bridge.
So will Dizzy.

Get flippers on right.

Get 2 coins, barrel of grog and hydraulic arm avoiding crabs etc.

Swim back up and jump onto bridge.

Go left and leave hydraulic arm at generator.

You should now have 22 coins and be carrying scuba gear, flippers and a barrel of grog.

Cross the water past the sunken ship and up onto dry land picking up the magic stone on the way. 

Walk right jumping over cavern to CHEESE CORNER and at the start of the next screen get a coin from behind flowers.

Go on right to the totem pole.

Drop magic stone at foot of pole and you will be transported to the top.

Jump left to clouds and get coin (24th).
If you fall off pole or clouds the magic stone will be back where you found it first.

Jump back to pole and keep jumping right.
Get another coin on the way.
You will end up jumping from the last cloud, to land on top of some rocks.

Get another coin (26th)

Keep going right past CUSTOM HOUSE and up gangplank.

Talk to the pirate and give him the grog.

Down plank and back to CUSTOM HOUSE.

Enter shop and talk to Officer.
Go up the stairs and out the window to get the coin.
Jump down.

Go left across the rocks and talk to girl.

Go left to LEPIDOPTERISM.
Note the spanner on the roof.
You can get it by going up the totem pole using the magic stone and dropping down on the roof from the clouds.
Do it now.

Talk to the man in the shop and buy his nectar spray.
Pick it up.

Go left to the screen with the butterfly and spray the yellow flower.

The butterfly will come down to land on it.
Leave it for the moment but keep the spray.

Drop the nectar spray at CHEESE CORNER and go in and talk to Wallace and Grommit.

Buy some cheese and pick it up. 

Drop into the cavern and go right.

Place the cheese on the board where the rat is, avoiding rat.
Do not attempt to get the coin as you will be severely damaged by the flames of the wall light.

Walk left under the water to the beach carrying the spanner and wearing the scuba gear and flippers.

Go to the generator and pick up the hydraulic arm.

Go to the right of the generator and press ACTION.
The spanner and the hydraulic bit will disappear and the generator will start working.

You can now enter the log cabins. Go to the top left hand cabin in the trees.

Get the asbestos suit on the left and a key and a coin from the chair on the right.

Leave the hut and go right until you can get up to top left hand level.

Insert key in mechanism, take lift and jump left off top walkway.
Leave the saucepan for the moment.

Go all the way left across the rocks, pick up the hammer and talk to the fisherman.

Come back down off the rocks, go into the mine and hit the stalactites with the hammer. 

Drop the asbestos suit and carrying the scuba gear, flippers and hammer. 
Go into the water, go all the way down and go left avoiding the crabs.

Hit the blue fish with the hammer (battered fish?) pick up the fish and put it on the fishing line hook.

Above your head on a ledge in the middle of the water is a coin.
Avoid the jellyfish and the bottom of the ledge.
They will kill you.
Because of the things you bought, the coin count should now be 9.

Go right and back to where you entered the water.

Pick up the large handle on the left and return to the asbestos suit.

Leave the handle and pick up the asbestos suit.

Go right avoiding traps until you come to HELLO SAILOR which is now open with a blue perch on the wall inside.

Talk to the shopkeeper and climb the stairs and go out the window to get the coin off the roof (10th).

Cross underwater to dry land.

Drop the hammer on the right hand side of the cavern.

Drop down into cavern and go right to key and coin.

Drop asbestos suit and pick it up again.
There is a random glitch that might get you burnt in flames of wall light.
Pick up key and get coin.

Drop key on hatch in floor and go down.

Collect 3 coins (14th).

Go back to surface (jump up from chest) collect the magic stone on the way.

Drop flippers and pick up hammer.

Go into CHEESE CORNER go upstairs, press ACTION under each of the pictures, read what is said and then get coin off roof (15th).

Drop flippers.

Go right, drop the hammer and the magic stone BESIDE the totem pole and go right to LEPIDOPTERISM shop.

Buy jar for 15 coins. (Now no coins left).

Leave shop and go left, put butterfly in the jar and go to CHEESE CORNER.

Pick up nectar spray.
You should be carrying the asbestos suit, the scuba gear, the glass jar with butterfly and the nectar spray.

Drop down into cavern, go down the hatch and all the way right jumping over the spikes. 

Go up BESIDE the golden egg.
Do not touch it.

Drop the nectar spray and go back left until almost at the end of the screen.

Drop the butterfly in a jar and jump across the spikes before the rolling rock gets you.

Jump back across spikes and get golden egg.

Make sure you still have the empty jar.


Go back to the ground above.
Drop scuba gear with flippers, drop the asbestos suit and pick up the ship’s wheel.

Go right to LEPIDOPTERISM shop and sell the jar back to the man for 10 coins.

Go to totem pole pick up the hammer and the magic stone and moving in front of the pole, drop the magic stone.

Cross the clouds to the CUSTOM HOUSE and go on up the gangplank and give the golden egg to the pirate. 

Search the boat (entrance amidships) and find a small cog, a bottle of Head and Shoulders dandruff shampoo, an empty thermos flask and 9 coins (19th).

Leave the hammer beside the leak.

Go back on deck and drop the small cog at the binnacle.
Now drop the ship’s wheel.

Go and see the CUSTOM HOUSE man.
Get the deeds and pay the 5 coins. (14 left).

Give the girl the shampoo, leave the scissors she gives you for the moment.

Get scuba gear and flippers and deeds.
Leave the thermos at CHEESE CORNER.

Go underwater to the sunken boat.
Get up to central mast.
There is a bucket and a coin (15th) atop the mast.
Beware of the shark.
You might need two trips.

Swim to beach and drop bucket, scuba gear and flippers.
Keep the Ship’s deeds.

Go to HELLO SAILOR and buy sailcloth for 15 coins.

Drop the Deeds outside shop.

Go into first hut and find a wood saw and some nails.
Leave them outside the hut.

Go to the left hand side of the woods, get the saucepan from way up top, jump left again and get the fishing line.

Pick up the large handle.

Now go to the hut nearest the mine shaft collecting 2 coins on the way.
There is nothing in the hut to pick up but you will need to get back here later.

Leave the saucepan on the hob.

Get up to the top hut on the right hand side of the woods.
Collect a coin and a magnet.

Get to the central hut and find a coin (4th).

Go back to beach.
Drop the handle.

Carrying the scuba gear, the sailcloth, the fishing line and magnet, head back underwater.

Stop on top of the barrel and press ACTION for the next clue to the treasure.

Go right to the haystack beside the totem pole and use the magnet on the left hand side of the stack to get a needle.

Press action 3 times on the right hand side of the stack to get 3 coins (7th).

Go right to rock pile, drop scuba gear and pick up scissors.

Use the seat to jump up onto rock.

Go onto the ship carrying needle, sailcloth, fishing line and scissors, climb the mast avoiding seagulls. 

Now, when the seagull on the right flies away run right quickly to the end of the crosstrees and jump.
This should just get you to the central mast which you climb to the uppermost crosstrees.

Go along both sides of the crosstrees snipping the knots with the scissors until the sail unfurls.

Go back down the mast to the smaller crosstrees and move right slightly to the tear in the sail.

Use the needle, fishing line and sailcloth to fix it.

Go back to the cavern, wearing the asbestos suit and the scuba gear, enter the cavern, go down the hatch and go to where the golden egg was.

Go into the passage behind and collect a coin and a lump of tar.

Go to the beach and up to the ‘solitary rock’.

Press ACTION to get the next clue to the treasure.

Drop the asbestos suit and the lump of tar.

Go left and pick up the wood saw and the nails.

Go back under water to the other side picking up the magic stone and going back to the totem pole.

Drop the magic stone and press ACTION at the top of the pole for next treasure clue.

Go to Customs and speak to the man.
Collect coin.
Do what he says.

Drop wood saw and nails at the leak.

Go into CHEESE CORNER and climb the stairs and press ACTION where the cheese slices are.
Read message/clue.

Collect empty thermos and with the scuba gear go back underwater to the beach.

Dig under the palm with the spade.

Collect the treasure.
You now have 35 coins.

Go to the hut where you left the saucepan picking up the tar on the way.

Put the tar in the saucepan and when ready, put the tar into the thermos flask.

Head back to the beach avoiding traps etc and collecting the deeds on the way.

Carrying scuba gear, bucket, deeds and thermos go back underwater to the other land.

Drop everything but the scuba gear at the CHEESE CORNER and head back underwater to the beach.

Pick up the large handle.

Head back underwater.

Stop before/beside the half hidden barrel and pick up a wooden plank.

Go on via the chest to land.

Drop scuba gear and go into shop and buy rat trap from Wallace at the CHEESE CORNER for 15 coins.

With the rat trap, the bucket, the thermos and the plank go to the ship and drop everything but the trap at the leak.
The rat trap will catch all the rats as you touch them.
There are 5 rats to catch.

Use the saw to cut the plank.

Use the hammer and nails to tack the plank in place over leak.

Use the tar in the thermos to seal the leak.

Pick up the rat trap if you had dropped it.

Go to CHEESE CORNER and pick up the deeds and the handle.

Go to the CUSTOM HOUSE man and show him the rats.
He will check your bilges for leaks.

Go to CUSTOM HOUSE man and talk to him.
He will check if all is in order then give you a chitty to get a map.

Drop the handle and deeds.

Get scuba gear.

Go back to beach on other side and go to the HELLO SAILOR and buy a map for 15 coins.
You have 5 coins left.

Return to the CUSTOM HOUSE on the other side.

Pick up ship’s deeds and the handle and speak to CUSTOM HOUSE man.

He will check all and sell you a Blue Peter flag which you have to place on the central mast up at the crow’s nest. 

Climb the first mast avoiding seagulls and jump across to the central mast.

Climb the central mast and fix flag at top above crow’s nest.

Go down to ship’s wheel.

Press ACTION.
It will say ‘The ship won’t go’ so you put the big handle on the right hand side of the big anchor chain windlass at the rear of the ship.

Go back to the ship’s wheel and press ACTION.
