In some cases Daisy will automatically use an inventory item when solving a puzzle, as long as she's carrying the correct item - such as a key etc.
Press Enter/Return to enter doorways, entrances and to use teleporters.
Use the inventory window to open up the options which includes the warehouse.
Save often, or it will be game over.
But, don't forget to look for secrets that make the game easier, especially the one that shows all the secret rooms and other secret areas.
