Agree. Working night shifts messes up my sleep pattern. After I finish work I'll often end up wearing underpants on my head shouting "wibble wibble."

one of the biggest let downs is when you're wanting to go for a nice walk, but it's raining.

I think lamb might just edge that one. Succulent chops, tasty roasts, koftes, lamb burgers, great in curries and kebabs. Tho have yet to try the famous Bali style roast suckling pig.
Agree that ostrich is very nice too, shame it's not more widely available. "Eat it before it goes extinct" that's my motto
