This is just an update to make the game Windows 7 compatible. It uses the latest DizzyAge engine.

*just* an update? I think there's probably only you, me, Peter, and Alex who appreciate just how much work you have to do to update a game from DizzyAGE v1.31 to DizzyAGE v2.x!

I'll tell everyone now, it's a bloody LOT of work to update them! Seriously.

Probably, try them! It does seem that there is an issue with v1.31 of DizzyAGE which means that Windows 7 doesn't seem to like them.

it depends as far as i can tell, on the graphics card in your pc.
any games written with v1.31 won't work on my nvidia card but do work on my laptop.
alex changed directx 8 implementation, when he updated from v1.2 to v1.31.
v2.0 onwards uses directx 9, so is fine in windows 7.
you can get these games to work, if you overwrite dizzy.exe with the exe from lost woods dizzy (written with dizzyage v1.2). you will get a wrong version error, you just accept it.

v1.2 is now up on Yolkfolk.
