I've been playing the remake which is fantastic but whats the deal with the dagger? i used it yo get a couple of leaves from the Happy and lost the dagger.. there for i couldn't cut the goats rope .. are you limited how many times you can use it?
I also noticed that the witch wants fire to make the potion however she seems to do it with the poison apple and TWO leaves? is that an error?
at the moment I've just picked up the sward and trying to save Dozy. i haven't found a way to get on the tree houses above that ice cave or the volcano yet but I'll have to have a go tomorrow. :tongue:
well i had to use two leaves for the witch, i made sure i cut the rope first as the dagger seems to go after 3/4 cuts.
I've just worked out how to save dozy How do i get to the top half of the ice caves? i can't reach the platform outside it over the bridge. and the clouds are also out of jumping reach have the same trouble at the volcano but I'll deal with that when im up to that stage
Oh... lol thats pleasant.. thought it was something exciting.. i noticed it had an egg in its nest. i can't reach it anyway.. those clouds doing seem to go any hight..
at least that last diamond isn't up there.. i really enjoyed Magicland.. much better then the previous two.. (i still haven't played the first one recently)
yeah, that's another bug, the clouds on the Volcano bit.
The Spectrum version you sink through them aswell but I think It was possible on that version to get up there. And the Commodore version, you don't sink through them and It's less difficult to get through the Volcano as long as you got Dizzy standing where he can't jump into the Lava lol.
