Dizzy's Cameos and mentions

I'm thinking of having another page for the Scrap book, Dizzy being briefly shown on other games for example.

But the only problem is I need help looking for various screenshots.

Pete Sampras Tennis - MegaDrive - Someone posted on the old Forum that theres a mode where Dizzy runs across the net and he breaks when you keep hitting him.

Firo & Klawd - Playstation 1 - I was looking for Dizzy Videos on YouTube and came across this video of a game called Firo & Klawd clip by PlayStationMuseum, and it said that the opening FMV sequence to Firo & Klawd (sadly not shown on the video I found) shows a truck driving by in the background with a picture of Dizzy on the side.

If you can provide screenshots of the games I mentioned or know of any other Dizzy appreances from other games/places, post it here :smile:

That tennis shots adz from the old forum was me lol.. Thanks Clarie for getting a new one :smile: .. I have many grabs from it when he explodes etc. Ill wack them back on there asap :smile:

This game is called Race against time, a Codemasters game.

Now I know this game doesn't have Dizzy's face on it but is there any graphics you recognize? :tongue:

As for mentions, heres Wild West Seymour, talking about dropping items on clouds.

Race against Time was built using the Dizzy 1 Engine.
As for Seymour.. Slightly Magic and many other Codies games featured similar gfx. Perhaps there was a graphics 'pot' where the programmers could choose from. Why create a new 'cloud' when the other clouds worked well :smile:

I FOUND IT GUYS!! Look out for a lorry passing by in the background between 0:29 and 0:32. :wink:

Just seen an advert on ITV for Credit Union (CuCity?) and their character looked VERY familiar!
