I am going to help anyone who wants to port DizzyAGE, on any platform or console.
DizzyAGE engine is built to be easy for porting, but such process takes time and skills.
And for today's game consoles, you have to go through their producers, like Sony, Microsoft, or Nintendo, and they are not too much into free independent games, not to mention the case of license Dizzy has.
But make sure that Linux and Mac will have their DizzyAGE versions, at one point.

Hi Berion

Ive downloaded this and had a quick look
Im a big Dizzy fan and always love it when a new fan game is released.

I like the idea of a watercolour dizzy - makes an interesting change from cartoony comic style. Id love to see how you draw the yolkfolk sprites as watercolours.

It would be good to see see more of this when it gets developed.
In the meantime it took me a while to realise that it was just a 1 screen demo, I was waiting for what i though was the intro to finish, when i started pressing keys randomly and realised that I was moving Dizzy.

I notice that when you touch the spider a demo life bar appears. Interestingly I tried to see that if you keep jumping into the spider I found that, eventually the life bar runs down and changes from green to yellow/red. Eventually I think I died and the game closed itself.

Good luck with you development.

We think (we - because im a graphic, brother is programist) about create new, completly new project but - for console in 720p (PS3 > from otherOS not Linux, XNA for X360 is too costly, Wii doeas not offer any kind of run homebrew without exploits or sth).

This is exactly what kind of graphic style will be used. Besides graphics are no longer build with tile's - any of object will be a single, large bitmap.

Oh, it's not exactly that {yolkfolk}:delight:

This piece of crap what i made is writen in GL Basic. It's very, very simple to learning computer launguage (it's based on Logo I think). Free version of GLB has limited to 5 minuts (timer ;]) then close application.

I don't implement a colission system (spider move is combine with dizzy's move).

he he sorry {yolkfolk}:raspy:

Win32 executable (*.exe) with munge file (*.ber) packed to RAR file format (*.rar).

Certainly work on Win XP. I don't know how about Vista or emulators on other operating systems (vide Cedega etc.).
