Hello all!

My name is Dock, I'm a 28 year old who has some fond memories of Dizzy on the C64 and ZX Spectrum. I work as a professional games developer, and I also develop games in my free time. I love the charming and non-violent approach to the Dizzy games. I recently was able to get some of the Dizzy games running on my mac with the thanks of DOSBox and 'Boxer'.

I figured I would join up with this community so I could try out some of the fan games and give my feedback.

So, hello!!

Hi dock,

Welcome to the community!
Where to you work in the industry, and what games do you do as indie?

Oh, and since you're into development, maybe you're interested to join the annual DizzyAGE Easter Competition and put together a funny Dizzy game with DizzyAGE.

Hi everyone! Thank-you for the warm welcome.

As for games, I worked on Thrillville, Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 and LostWinds, if you've heard of those.

I released my first independant game last year. It's a browser based game called Tumbledrop. I am working on new things, but I'm very busy with my day job so I haven't been able to do any stuff for 'fun' in a while.

Make a DizzyAGE game huh? Unfortunately I'm tied up at the moment so I can't really, but maybe... one day! It seems like a fun thing to do.
