cant get to the cat

For some reason, no matter how much i jump i cant get to the cat, am i missing something?

The only way to reach the cat is to start at the middle right hand side at the Castle ("The Tower With A View"), jump along the clouds that'll get you to the treetops, climb up the treetops as far up as possible, then jump to the far right that'll get you to the top of the monolith where the cat is.
