You're missing either missing an item or you haven't performed a certain pre-ignition step. If it's the item your missing try looking in the area where you found about three other items on Rokhard. If your missing the pre-ignition step, then you need to apply one of your items to something else before you can light the explosive.
I'm still stuck trying to get that sceptre. I'm at the same place that Adz.M described earlier. I tried digging the crystal out of the wall of ice with the hammer so I could grow a bridge across, but to no avail.
I just need to work out exactly how to get that septre now on friggia. the items ive got are: the laser shield, wooden key, unloaded gun, crystal-gro, and the ice boots. Am I missing any items? Any help would be good {yolkfolk}:scratch:

Fraid I can't help. I'm stuck at exactly the same place {yolkfolk}:scratch:
I've been playing this for a few days and am really enjoying it, but am now completely stuck. I've found 3 pages (from Fowlon II, Rokhard III and Eternia IV) and am left with a wooden key, full bottle of bleach and Crystal-Gro. I've used the Flaming Trash Can on Frigia VII, but can't for the life of me see where to go next. Any clues would be really appreciated (and save what little hair I haven't torn out)! {yolkfolk}:scratch:
I have the pages from Rockhard, Eternia and Xaylar.
I have the following items: ice boots (used), saucepan, needle, wire cutters, crystal-gro, wooden key and unloaded gun.
I also left the following in Eternia: headset, pill bottle, cutting glove - do I need to go back for them? I can't think of a use for any of them.
I can't figure out what to drop through the ceiling of the bad egg barn, or how to get the sceptre - other than those I don't think I've anything else left to solve.
Any hints?!

EDIT: Never mind! Had a sudden burst of inspiration when I realised it was a bit odd to have a fire in a nest! That got me the page on that planet, and then with the remaining items I was able to work out the ice queen!
Will leave the post above in case it helps anyone else out, though.
Great game, really enjoyed the different worlds and the spaceship base - being able to get lives and energy was a good touch. Thanks for a fun game!
If you've used the ice boots then you should be able to work out how to get the page from Frigia VII. As for the bad eggs in the barn, you should use one of the items that you've found, but you need to do two things to it first...
