Illusion Island Dizzy (HELP THREAD)

i don't need help yet (i'm taking a break, 28 coins and i've just unlocked a large area - the shopkeeper), i just wanted to congratulate you for an awesome game {yolkfolk}:clap: i love all the details, from the arcade games to the cavern of choice song :teethy: (i have a save slot alotted just for that so i can go back and listen to it whenever i want. come to think of it, i could probably unpack it... but it's nicer to listen to it in context)

Thank you! I have a feeling you may be playing v1.0? if so, you need v1.01 :smile: save games will still work

hmm, i didn't, what was it?

i might need some help: is it possible to become stuck? i mean, i suppose it is if you sell an object before using it, but what if you're supposed to use it twice (like the pickaxe)? so here's me checking if i screwed up: i've sold the metal cutters after entering the illusion island castle; i've sold the original, broken organ pipes (haven't used them); i've bought, used, then sold the welding kit, and i am now holding 12 coins and a bunch of items i haven't used yet. i'm thinking about selling the spanner as well after having used it once with the first switch; oh, and the pickaxe as well, after chopping up wood.

I found a bug.
Theres a room name missing next to the 'up and out' room in the cave.
Also the bird next to the church almost kills you off if you get stunned under it.. something that keep happening.

Anyway i just picked up the goggles, causing a few interesting things. Not getting any further at the moment, got into the castle but can't pass the exit, can't open the gate the same way i opened the first.
so i can;t open any more 'zones' just yet. Im looking forward to rideing that mine!

Didn't pogie keep ruining away on the other game? His so dam annoying! lol

oo yes so there is a room name missing! i'll leave it until i need to release another version before i correct that, as i think it may interfere with the save games.

and that bird can get you if you forget it's there! :tongue:

Ive collected 32 coins 'actual' but on 46 currently. That shopkeeper rips you off though ha !!! Cost me 40 to sell back for 15.

Is it possible to screw the game with this buying and selling though ie you need a item to buy to progress in the game but youve collected all available coins and you cant get your total back up high enough to purchase ?

Is it legal doing a cut and shut cart lol :tongue:

only if you're fool enough to sell stuff before you've used it (there aren't many items you use more than once) and therefore have to buy it back again. and anyway, there are a few other ways to get some additional coins through the game. I made it a more generous than it used to be, there is quite a bit of lee-way now. :smile:

Yes is that, well im rather bamboozled or bamdizzled now.

Am now at a loss as to what to do, I've been walking around in circles all morning :cry:
At the mo I have: Banana, Stone Block, Heavy Lid, A Juicey Apple, Soggy Ice Cream Cone and A Cane most of them I know what to do with.

I have put the Mine Cart together but it now won't move!!! {dizzy}:huh: Can you exit the Illusion Castle??? and can you get past the Dragon???

Any help would be greatfull {yolkfolk}:delight:
