Gave up last night was too tired, but sorted now! However, now I've lost grey Dozy???!!! Where do people keeping disappearing too? {yolkfolk}:scratch:

Now then, have found all my "lost" eggs. Am very near the end I think (hope) have found the troll and know what I need to give him but have had to sacrifice the bouldersin order to get out and get what he needs. Having previously given the heavy weight to Danny how do I get back down?? I don't have any saved games prior to going in the shaft so am I stuck??? In one thread earlier it mentioned there was something else you would find later on but I'm at a loss as to what this may be and can't get anywhere... {yolkfolk}:scratch: Confused once more {yolkfolk}:scratch:

Done it!!! With only 4 coins spare and 165 re-loads! Took almost 20 hours but like others on here I left it running whilst I was erm, you know, washing up and stuff {dizzy}:dizwink:

Thanks for all your help, it was a fab game Jamie - you really know your little eggs - going to have a little break before I decide on the next one, any recommendations? The only fan games I have done except IID are Swampland and Knightmare.

Hi, i am aware i playing this game some considerable time after anyone else, and even though it has a full walkthrough, i cannot find the plant killer anywhere.
Any help much appreciated :smile:

IID is quite a tough game and due to its size it's not easy to figure everything out even when you're using some hints. Knowing how to use an object is one thing, but knowing where to find it is "a different pair of wellingtons", as they say in Poland. :wink:
I always replay this game with a map, but in this case it wouldn't have helped you, as the plant killer isn't shown anywhere on the map.

Of course he keeps biting, your trying to cut him with pruning shears. You use the secateurs on the fluffle-nip (mushrooms) not the fluffle. Although I guess in a way if you use it on a fluffle you do get a "fluffle nip". {yolkfolk}:joy:

I think Pogie is in a random spot because the second time I played the game he was in a place that I don't remember him being in.

I can't understand why the hand grip does not work on the chasm rope :blush:

EDIT: Figured the rope pully - still keep forgeting that things look differntly with a pair of shades on {eggs2}:denzil: {dizzy}:dizwink:
