it most likely 'reserves' that name for a certain length of time. Blogger does that.

i have very interesting thoughts (to me anyway), which i mostly keep to myself (and not just because they'd probably only be interesting to me) {yolkfolk}:delight:

mostly because they're generally along the lines of:

how to convey the level of government debt (£173bn last year), to people - most of whom simply can't grasp such staggeringly huge numbers - nothing to do with how clever they are, it's just that humans as a whole simply can't grasp that large a number. (try this, it works out as the government borrowing £5,500 every SECOND - or almost half a million pounds every day. those two figures instinctively look far too inflated, but when you work it out, it's correct).

or:

whether there is any way of increasing the speed that we can travel through space, and also whether it may be possible to simulate gravity so that space travel is made easier.

or:

whether there really is anyone alive that's called Tess Tickles?

or:

thinking that only 150 years ago, the cutting edge of technology was what we would now consider ancient, and that because 150 years is such a tiny fraction of time (relative to the age of the human race, and indeed of the planet), that you have to wonder where we'll be at in another 150 years, and actually, just how technologically juvenile the human race currently is.

Nope.
Don't like it, don't get it, seems all very pointless.. there are too many of those type of sites and its just more bother and rubbish id rather not have to think about.. lol Plus i don't really care what people have to twitter about.. if they have something worth hearing then you need more than a twitter... but as i say i don't get it and maybe don't understand the point/need of it.

This is something I often ponder...
When I look at the cables trailing from the back of my PC, the PC tower itself, my surround sound speakers dotted about the room, the broadband wire stapled to the skirting board leading to the modem, leading to the router, the aerial from the back of the router, the 8-socket electrical plug adapter... Just so I can enjoy cutting-edge movies & video games (as well as Dizzy {dizzy} ) And I think, in a hundred years time people will look back on this in the same way that I now look back on the Zoetrope. In other words, as a ridiculously inefficient and limited way of doing things.
