Well, well, well, this one certainly sneaked up on us!!

What a great game thus far - lovely and inventive animations, quirky (and ever so slightly suggestive {yolkfolk}:redfaced: ) situations and character interactions, and a totally idiosyncratic landscape. Very well imagined and realised all round.

I'm basically stuck in the same place as on the help thread, but am perservering and can't wait to see what else there is to uncover. {yolkfolk}

about 15 minutes after my last post, i've finished the game.

great game! i'm waiting for the sequel: 'Daisy & Dizzy: Dynamic Duo'

i just imagine, if i have lots of coal lumps and a magic chest in the real world, Paris Hilton will be mine. (you know what i mean, don't you?)

about the minor message bug, see below picture:

look weird, isn't it?

i don't bother with it since it doesn't impact the ending. i just inform you this because you're the game maker. knowing a little bug like this will improve your knowledge so you can make a more polished game later.

i suggest you ask Delta if you meet any difficulty since both of you are fans of duct tape and chestnut tree.

Sigh ...just when you think everything is fine. I'll think about sorting that out (and maybe 'pimp my teleports') if other silly little bugs crop up. But if that happens I'll also be sorely tempted to maybe add a few more puzzles that I left out of the original, now that I'm more confident in my coding.

Just downloaded this and played a wee bit - it looks great! Thanks for making it!!

I've always thought Daisy should have her own game, so I was pleased to see that she was the star in this one!

This is a fantastic game, Steve. Well done!!
I've been playing it a couple of days but I had no internet access since the cable modem died.
That tower is damn tricky. Trying to figure out how to get the treasure at the moment!

I've been enjoying this too- great game! {yolkfolk}

I've not gotten very far yet, but I have to say that's the funniest opening I've ever seen in a Dizzy game. {yolkfolk}

Completed this with a 5yr olds help lol.
Interesting to play with another yolkfolk character and her alone which of course was indicated in title.
Enjoyed playing this and liked how each major puzzle solve opened up another large area making the game seem bigger than it really was.
Teleports were a bit confusing at first but you got used to them though they did sometimes make it difficult to imagine the map and playing area.
Felt in some parts there was an awful lot of walking around especially at end when trying to figure out what to use on switch which i didnt really get because by same logic crowbar or pickaxe or screwdriver should have worked or even some of the changed items which initially i was convinced would be the answer and by that point in the game there were just too many items available.
Didnt really get the binoculars megaphone thingy either i mean i understood that binoculars were used to see the cracks from the distance and megaphone to create vibration to drop wall as in the case of the snow but unless i missed a clue beforehand it didnt seem a logical place to be using binoculars it was mainly trial and error.
Also the sailors clues seemed to be based on solving the captain first but i did him last and when he (or maybe it was red) gave the clue about nudgy id already been up the tower and the clue about feeding them was too late because id already figured that out but thats a minor thing really.
Despite all of the above it was a fun game to play with the right level of really simple to slightly taxing puzzles and though majority of items were in plain view and easy to spot they still involved some brain power to get or needed to use your exploration skills to find but the clues were there for example the coin high up on the left of the treetops the bat told you there was something over there.
Loved the intro thought i was playing daisy does dallas again lol.
Now going to give part 2 a shot so get ready grandad cos im sure ill be back
