shhhh! He'll find them all in good time!
(btw, the light was a last minute addition, as were the shadows. I decided that it was too hard to get lost down there with being able to see the whole screen!)
Well, you do get told fairly early on that there is a rumour that one exists. I was stupid and actually made my own! and that was before i found the light as well! what a plum i felt when i found it!
I should always remember, you are VERY sneaky!

Ok started over and gotten back to level 3.
Can’t work out what on earth im meant to do with the crossword game, the found some letters but they don’t drop were you want them.
Currently doing some cooking not found and lamb yet and i need to turn the other hob on.. the other 3 i think our ready but he wont pick them back up?
I like Monopoly.
Had a run round the cellar but fell down some stairs i think he called them.. picked up a few things but i not explored to far around there.
Oh and i drowned in the laundry room… nice

You dont need the letters for the crossword, maybe there is another game that they might be useful for? one where letter tiles are more part of the game ??
you will need to find something to help you in the laundry room, something to help you breathe under water?
the only object you need from the cellar (at first!) is very close to the entrance, see my post above, as there might be a map allegedly, possibly, if youre lucky (and mean!!) {yolkfolk}:raspy:
I thought it was a bit strange that you had managed to get to the crossword already, bearing in mind your other problems, so lets not upset Delta, and pretend that we never mentioned the crossword, I wouldnt want to spoil the surprise {yolkfolk}:raspy:
Are you sure the letters wont go on the Scrabble board ?? {dizzy}:dizwink:

That's a bug...
he should say 'It's a long way down!' (it's a big hole, not stairs)

Finished it! {yolkfolk}:joy: That'll learn 'im {yolkfolk}:meh: Cracking game, Jamie.
Right, next game! Onwards and oopswards.
{yolkfolk}
12 hours 29 minutes and 25 loads.
But this was the re-play as i had to start over once i hit level 3.
One question.. what has oak stump got to do with a pilliow?
Looking forward to chapter 3, by the time the grandson is grown up Dexter would have died of old age wouldn't he? lol :teethy:
Level two was certainly the more difficult.. i found this with chapter one as well. lol Excellent.

I solved that by luck. I was singing 'Daydream in Blue' in my head when I was thinking about the flowers.
I assumed that it was a bed of roses and didnt even read all the ancient mariner stuff {yolkfolk}:raspy:

tsk tsk! ALL the ancient mariner books have clues to help you solve puzzles in the third level.
Oops! (sorry, wrong game! {yolkfolk}:dizzy: ) I honestly didnt have too much difficulty with the last level even without reading the mariner books! I actually thought it was easier than the previous 2 levels!
