tip for them :- they can't touch you when you stick to the paths. they also can't cross them. In most areas, you can try to get them stuck over the other side of the path 1st, to where you want to be, if your careful.

Just have to get busy dodging them.
I got the cellar/beer/water switch's working no problem but not sure what exactly im meant to do with it. only got a cup and scrap of paper, plus all those books. so it should be too hard to add it all up.. lol not many things to try.
Still the baker, solider, and maybe a gargoyle i think.
Oh and the holy son and ghost.. i tried dragging the evil ghost to the ghost shrine but i got zapped.. lol

can't seem to get much further with my scrap of paper and cup.. lol
don't think I've used the sneezing book either. theses are the only items i have and been clicking them on all the avalible clickable bits.
i got the water turned on but its yet to do anything.

Now come to a grinding halt on level 2.
I cant get in to the farmers hut, gardners hut, mystics hut or hermits hutThe only 'puzzle object' i have left to solve is the earth tarot card - all people i can get to are solved
the objects i have are flower, rubber duck, tyre, kindness pendant, map, spade, wand of courage, sorcerors key, automatic writing
I have even managed to make all the potions bar the potion of truth
could anyone please give me a clue? i thought i had found the sorcerors hut earlier, but i am blowed if i can find it again now!

I suggest you put the spade to good use and go digging...as its a big level I'll give you a hint and start in the west half of the map
You could also try your luck in an environment you might associate normally with a duck?

Doesn't appear to be any were to fill the cup.
He wont use it with the beer or spirits, and just drop it on top of the water,

Well, I must be deaf or stupid, because i still cant find the place!
I guess i should be using the map but i have been all over the bits of the level i can get to to no avail
I have currently got 2 sticks, potion of lies, arsonists key, 2 spells (earth and air), the automatic writing, the map and bucket
puzzles still to solve 'nice' witch who may be lieing, bribe for mystic, crystal of opposites which i have given one item to, 3 of wands i have given an item to
have you tried examining the map? as in inventory examine the map?

I gave that ghost a good bashing, and used the ashes.. just this miracle feast item left and trying to make to do something with those stones... lol
Damn this level 2, stuck again!
got practically nothing left, just lie potion, wand of spells, map and a few books / scraps of paper that i used on the ouija board

just need key to hermits hut, something i regret - he said nothing, so i tried lieing, to no avail, and a contradiction, but again lieing doesnt appear to work??
can anyone please throw me another clue? thanks

Aaah - just found where to use the potion! but cant use what it gives me - i suspect i have already used the other object i needed? the confession - use them both on the contradiction crystal??
Level 2! ...I'm still totally stuck on the early part of level 1.
I've got the flower, cnd badge, bird of prey, needle, vow, matches, wax, raw meat, prayer and 8 books. I've literally gone round dropping/using every item on the monk, hungry man, the baker, father, son, holy, soldier, immaculate conception shrines, the 3 gargoyles and every bleedin' drain ...and shaken every bush another time, just in case. The flour has gone into the baker's shrine and the logs are on the fire ...and have used blue, yellow, brown, red and purple keys. {dizzy}:mad:
