AAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!! {dizzy}:mad:
This game is driving me nuts {dizzy}:frown: and i have restarted at least 7 times maybe more because the energy draining is so intense and lives are lost too easily when exploring and very often the respawning occurs in a place where you die immediately again.
I seem to be constantly saving and reloading. {yolkfolk}:jawdrop:
As you lot seem to be so much further on than me can anyone give me a few pointers please please and pretty please. {yolkfolk}:rofl:
I need to solve both grand dizzy's and possibly his machine - the bog - shopkeeper - dozy - getting under the sea without dying to collect the gem i know is there and the oil - pogie - possibly the wooden floor in the dungeon area - the stiff switch - the witches - the attic and storeroom where i know there is a diamond but something horrible kills me everytime and if it doesn't the bats do - dora and absolutely loads under the cliffs (amarog - reaching the megaphone - obtaining hap root - nettle thicket - bears - dylan - cloud minders).
And is there anything to nullify the effects of the spiders or am i supposed to get seriously hurt obtaining the diamond up there.
I have 15 gems and i know where there are another 6.
Edit cos ive opened lava palava but although i can find 2 diamonds - theo - the devil - the devilled egg and action the branch i cant get out or any further without dying. :cry: Ive also used the declouding water now but dont think its helped me any at this point.
Ah theres a way to stop the flames.. lol ... i was getting really p*ssed off trying to get around that lava stuff.. right.. i'll ignore that and try something else.
The twigs are for use later on than where you currently are I think. Lava Palava is the top of the volcano and is the access to the inside but you don’t need to go there yet. Try dealing with the Prickly Thicket first…
[/quote]well pogie i've been round and round with these items and none of them work anywhere including the prickly thicket, unless i'm standing in the wrong place while actioning i can't get any further and haven't since yesterday :sad:
branch, twigs x3, shiny goblet, warm blanket, hap hap root, pk of roof tiles and grandads old ear wax [yuk]
so any suggestions please and as frustrating as the game can be i'm really enjoying it, its a very good 1st game well done

I can echo pretty much all of what princeoftheyolkfolk said, except I also have Grand Dizzy’s ear wax and haven’t used the de-clouding water (not for lack of trying!) yet or got into the volcano – I’m enjoying the game but I seem to have spent ages opening things up but not actually solving anything.
I think from Pogie’s hint I have to get past the prickly bush but nothing I have seems to work well it can’t be pickaxed, smoothed with earwax or covered in a blanket at any rate!!!

for the de-clouding water think of someone who has to make up their mind! i've tried everything i've got on that bush but no luck, how did you solve the hooked amarog?
thanks for that meph, seen that ages ago but cause it said 'you cant drop this now' with other items thought nothing could be done there duh! don't think you need anything to get past those spiders just plenty of life cause you take a good hit going in and out {yolkfolk}:tired:

Found it.
Hard to tell which one your missing, there was quite a few really sneaky ones.
the last couple i found were behind some bark, above the skeleton and one not far from the first pogie you meet.
