The Troll On The Bridge

Okay, confession time - although I never played Magicland Dizzy as much as the other Dizzy games, I did have a crack at it. And I could never figure out how to get past that troll on the bridge. I tried many items, but none worked.

Where was I going wrong, folks? :laugh:

You might want to help free the goat next to the bridge first to get past the troll, then find a way to get the goat to charge into the troll. :smile:

When I used to play it, I tried the rotten apple (and other things). Sometimes, it can be right under your nose...

It's a "Three Billy Goats Gruff" reference and that fairy-tale ends with one of the goats butting the troll off the bridge. Just gotta get the goat to do his stuff, basically :)

A working knowledge of some well-known fairy-tales and fantasy stories is definitely an advantage in that game...
