Toughest Game?

In your opinion, which game in the series is the toughest as far as planning and memory is concerned?

Obviously, each game has it's difficult situations. What I am thinking of is the planning and memory skills which some games require. In that respect, some games are more difficult than others.

I would say Treasure Island Dizzy is perhaps the toughest game as far as having to use your brain and remember things. You've got the gold coins to collect, for starters. And given the many hazards, I feel that out of all the games in the series, this is the one where you've really got to play it when you're at your best. This is a game to test the grey matter and the memory - and it's not easy.

Of course, nothing worth doing is easy and all that I've said above means this is one of the best games in the series.

What about the rest of you?

TUCA. Only being able to carry one item at a time and having so many dangers made it very difficult. It's the only one which I've not even attempted to complete.

I agree that TUCA is very hard- I too have never bothered to try completing it.

Also- I think Spellbound Dizzy is very tough, for the wrong reason... it's the windy shaft and the repeated need to go and collect boulders! As a one-time puzzle it's fine, but the fact that you need to do it over and over again makes the game so long it's tedious.

I think Spellbound Dizzy has some great puzzles, but- and I hope I don't offend people by saying this- I think the game is ruined by the boulders puzzle, and I think it was an error of judgement by the game designers.

The most difficult Dizzy game for me is the fan game Egyptian Tomb Dizzy, quite literally took me years to complete. Grr.

Did you manage to complete it as both Dizzy and Grand Dizzy? {yolkfolk}:raspy:

Spellbound.

It's the only official game I never completed, and the boulders and windy shaft parts are incredibly repetitive.
Also, It's quite tough to keep your energy up and not eat too much fruit, especially when you can lose health by hitting the ground too hard.

I too prefer Treasure Island Dizzy because the game is full of confusions and challengers.
