Still can't get anywhere in the echoing room,tried everything i can think of could i have another little clue please {yolkfolk}:dizzy:
oh bugger - thought i'd solved the gongs when a door opened but it must have been using a stone, still no lifts working and i can see the music symbols by daisy which i'm assuming are the gongs but tried them everywhich way with no luck, as i don't read music a little clue would be gratefully received :smile:
Quiggie you don't have to be able to read music its the sequence thats important not the notes themselves,i.e two high notes(gongs)one low note(gong) etc.well thats how i did it,hope this helps, this is one tricky game! {yolkfolk}:dizzy:

I got to the gongs and with the barriers/doors blocking earlier in the thread and got stuck over a week ago now and I haven't return to try the game again since. I can't recall using a stone so you're perhaps a bit ahead of where I got to.

Have you got into the safe area and opened that yet Lordy, after that bit you get going till the bloody gongs need solving {yolkfolk}:angry:

Thanks for that Dood, been trying the 2-1 hit but its not doing me any good :sad: think i'm just a bit thick when it comes to this part of the game as i seemed to fly through the rest
i think i did it by fluke not sure if the large gong represents the high notes or the low notes so just tried all the combinations and struck lucky i guess,good luck

I'm stuck in the Manufactory. The other four are obvious but I can't figure out what to put under Dizzy and Daisy. I probably have got them just not together since there are so many things that could potentially be correct.

The thing that is falling is breaking. You need to put something down to stop that.

It's twofold. First you need to power up the platform then you need to turn it on.

yes thats what i thought, but for the life of me can't get anything to work on it, i've got the battery in place and after killing lots of little dizzy's and daisy's got a whole intact one, kept filling & filling the vivarium thinking that might do something but didn't, so really don't know what to try next, but off to try anyway :sick:

Dizzy's item is found on floor 6, Daisy's item originally found on floor 2.

That's one half of the solution. Daisy needs to do something her side for it to turn on.

Thanks Queex but i have actioned EVERY item on Daisy's side & still can't get any power :sad: i even dragged all the items to action on the cupboard thinking it could be that but no! Anyway can't think of anything else to try but obviously there is something so i'm just going to go round and round till i get another clue or maybe it'll just happen {yolkfolk}:redfaced:

standing still for a while may help things 'click' into place.
yes i thought of that and tried putting heavy objects on it to keep it down and also standing on it for a bit, maybe i'm not on it for long enough, off to try now, thanks very :smile:
AAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRGH even that didn't work for me, left Daisy there for a bit then tried everything on Dizzy's side but no luck, maybe i've missed something earlier but can't think what, still gonna try for a bit longer then have a break, mind boggling :sad:

sure i've got the battery in the right place, it says i can use the bath now its placed, then i've tried all items in the bath, perhaps i need the idiots guide to............ lol

Thanks. I guess I wasn't standing in the right place all the times that I attempted to break that vase. That is what I thought Daisy's was. The end was a bugger. Got through it by saving repeatedly. But a very enjoyable game. I haven't played all of them yet but right now this is the game I plan on voting for.
