OK, finally this game... recently I've been checking the forum all the time after Noggin announced that it's almost ready. Anyway, the graphics are amazing, but that's something I've already written about the screenshots. OK, I've managed to get to Daisy section andto get four "sets" of twigs and memory card A. I put the twigs in the bin, but I can't see anything to do which would let me move on. Btw, I'm disappointed the game can't be saved at any moment... Quick saving is a blessing for "double-left-handed" people...
Thanks. Actually I even thought about it when going to sleep, but didn't test it until today. So, more doors have opened, but I haven't been able to do much apart from finding beam inverter, laser pointer and 1 power cell. I got stuck on an upper level, there where those rings go up (there is a vacuum cleaner on one of the levels). Still no access to a save point, so I'll have to replay... Any hints on what to do now and where is the save point?
The save point is to the right of the depressed lift ...after chatting to Daisy go and talk to the master robot again.
I agree with you about the save feature especially as some of the jumps in the arboreum are so precise, one step out of place and down to the ground you go.
PS - to get down the tube just walk right and you can fall down the right hand side.
More places have now opened up, but I haven't managed to advance much... I added the piece of wood to the bin, but I don't know how to light it. I tried using the laser pointer, but no, it didn't work...
Can communicate with Daisy & Denzil now but no idea what do do next, haven't come across the tube thingy for giving Denzil items!!! Items i have are: screwdriver [used], beam invertor, blowtorch [used], pot of glue, rubber boots, laser pointer can't use any of them anywhere open at the moment.
Edit: I asked earlier, but received no answer... Please help, I've been trying everything and haven't come across anything that could help me advance. I still haven't reached any sectors apart from Dizzy's and Daisy's.
People seem to be struggling a bit with the game. I should say that I've tried to make the puzzles in this as original and 'out of the box' as I can. They're not all just a case of using each item in the right place.
For instance, the laser pointer can't be "used" anywhere. However, there's a reason why the laser dot appears above Dizzy's head when you pick it up. Is there anything you can do with it? Is there an everyday use for a laser you can see somewhere in Dizzy's section?
It's the same with Daisy getting wet when she touches the mist in the Arboreum, (though that doesn't matter till later on,) there's a reason for it - what would happen if Daisy were wet and she... ?
I didn't even notice Daisy being wet - how does it differ from her normal appearance?
OK, I think I found An Important Item... I have now managed to get the depressed lift working and I gained access to new areas, but I can't do anything at all in Grand Dizzy's section... Removing the main computer's memory cards is dangerous, I don't think I can do anything with it. I thought I'd slip the "depressed" card to the fire sensor, but I can't reach its slot.
Hey Noggin although i am finding the game a bit tough i am thoroughly enjoying the challenge. Saying that i've been stuck for a while now. I've met Grandad & Denzil (used the laser pointer that was fun) but can't find any of Denzil's tubes for sending/receiving, found Grandad's tube on his side but not on Dizzy's!!!! Cannot for the life of me find anything to do in Denzil's section cause i can't send him anything, thinking its something to do with the moving blue brick. Loved the PC depressed/enthusiastic cards  . Keep talking to the machine but need to give it a name for rooms which i can't yet. My items now are: screwdriver [used], beam invertor, blowtorch [used umpteen times on twigs], pot glue, rubber boots, laser pointer [used], master key [used], can spray paint Any little clue from here would be much appreciated Ta.
I'm having the same problem with Grand Dizzy's section. I can't get to Denzil's section. Plus, I don't know what to do with the smoke detector - I've put twigs (4x) and a piece of wood in the bin, but I don't know how to set it on fire.
quiggie, is it clear that the thing at the top right of the gravity bottle is a button? You need to keep it pushed down.
Nowhere Girl, you can help Grand-Dizzy move about by playing with the controls on the bridge, but if you haven't found Denzil yet, it won't get you very far. You need to find a way to fool the security droid downstairs.
OK, I actually figured it out before reading your reply. Now to find a way to navigate Denzil's dangerous sector... Edit: I also can't find a way to keep the button pressed... tried using glue, but it can't be droppedat this place. I have no idea how to help G.Diz. move - doing something to those machines on the bridge seems to have no effect.
You use the glue on another object in that room ...the electricity jolt also affects the blue rock if it's in that part of the room. You can't do anything with the smoke alarm until you've found the kitchen.
The tube for sending stuff to Denzil is just past the top of the elevator that goes down to the science rooms. The return tube in Denzil's area is in the next lot of rooms to the right, but you'll have to open the safe first.
Also discovered a sneaky little way to get Daisy to the 'pulsating bud' without all that jumping around, not that it will help till I can discover how to identify something.
I don't think I've been able to get close enough to that bud to see if it's an "active element"... OK, I'm off to move forward.
Edit: the arboreum is nothing compared to IR platforms over the reactor... At least in the arboreum there was next to no danger, and here... any mistake means reloading.
Edit: now I'm moving forward... However, I managed to make some charcoal in the kitchen and Daisy was hoping it would keep the fire going, but it didn't... Does it mean I need more pieces?
A little postscript: please tell me if it's better to edit the post or to write a new one when I have questions. I'm afraid edits may go unnoticed. Sorry about complaining, but I don't know what to do next - now it's the kitchen (see above).
