I don't have any notes on this game, so these instructions are rather basic from just looking at the map and coding.
Give 'history of swearing' book to a teacher who then goes to tidy her cupboard and asks you to take the grenade. Use the grenade to kill the sheep (need to find the correct spot or you just drop the grenade, sorry). Give sheep body to the butcher who gives you a knife. Use the knife to cut the cowbell from the cow. Give the cowbell to the maid who's boss has laryngitis. Walk left to the doorway of the next house, then go back right to the maid's house and you'll find an empty milk bottle.
