OK, I'll have to play it in Russian... While I speak English way better, I have learned a bit Russian and anyway it's not so far from Polish, generally there is some level of mutual intelligibility between Slavonic languages... Btw, the Dizzy Cyrillic script looks great. Cheers to the Russian Dizzy team and to all who make Russia a modern country.
EDIT: However, I have a small problem: I can't view the readme file correctly. Even when I change my notebook script settings to Cyrillic, only some weird signs appear. Bummer. Perhaps it could be legible if you posted the untranslated content of the file here?
I don't know which ones you mean - those that close the windows? I figured out that the device in the living room turns them off, but it only works for a short time and I'm unable to get to the upper-left window before the anti-burglary ustroystvo  is back on. However, I have managed to get the "strange device" from the cupboard (lower-left alarm). Any advice?
Er, is there any kind of translation into the game ‘ Dizzy visiting Titus’ as it looks really awsome :wall:

No, game only in Russian. The English version isn't planned. It is small game gift, as well as "Dizzy goes to Khimki." It is very difficult to translate, turns of the Russian speech quite unusual.
