Well it was good while it lasted Grandad, but not getting thru this one without help :blush: . Thinking i need to get into that bedroom before getting any further! Have tried every colour combination - except the right one of course - with no luck. On the plus side i have 91 diamonds :toothy: Can't seem to get any further trying these items: Spanner [used], pickaxe [used], mr pointy [used], bible, empty spray bottle, mug of oil & of course my flippers & snorkle Any and all help much appreciated.
EDIT: Typical soon as i posted got in - didn't help much though - think i need to do the shoe shop now but can't with anything i've got, now got 93 diamonds!!!
Hey, not bad Annie. I trust you 'found' the combination to the room and not just got lucky. One of the items you listed is the right one to get some shoes, but you have to find the right place to use it.
I seem to be at about the same place as quiggie except I got the shoes and only have 90 diamonds. :umm:
The only things I can see that might be done are the keyhole at the start of the area with the colored trapdoors, the locked church, and the hungry man.
Edit: Found some more diamonds in the cave near the switch that shows where the vine traps are, with the key in the trapdoor area, and one that I had missed in the face area. So now I have 98 diamonds.
Thanks Grandad helped me get 1 more diamond (now 94) can't seem to find any more for now!
Sn Trooper: well you now have more diamonds than me, think i've done all the hidden areas & haven't been able to use another item since the shoes!!! As usual with a Grandad game i'm at the frustrating bit :wall: but shall persevere till i get another hint. Same as you got to solve, hungry man, boards, cafe guy, jewelers & church :cross: By the way think i've only come across 1 hidden diamond so far, so just gonna continue actioning for now!!!!!!

You've probably missed some diamonds in the mine and related areas - all the rest are pretty easy to find. There are 50 diamonds in that area: 15 in the cave, 15 in the blue area and 15 in the trapdoors area ...plus five the other side of the water.
Like we have been counting diamonds in each area! (well I haven't!) All i know is I have 94 and thought I was doing really well, finding lots of hidden areas - and as for the 'red laser lift' puzzle, that was quite tricky I thought. Grandad, you are a sneaky ......... Consider your parentage questioned once more! I am in about the same position as the others with the same items (no shoes yet) - still to solve bedroom colour code (don't want to try brute force, I guess it is there somewhere), looking for more girl's pants!, hungry man, shoe shop, a couple of blocked entrances and the locked church.

Been all over the map a couple of times now, actioning everywhere, but no luck with my last 2 diamonds, can you pm me the hidden ones, cause i think i've only come across 2 of those. Quiggie - I am not allowed back in the Police Station??? Plus, I admit I don't know too much about this sort of thing, but a red bra under a white dress???
EDIT - now got the knickers as well, at least they match!! (I gave up and used brute force!) And found a crowbar! Here goes...

Got excited when you said crowbar then saw the next line - but hey ho pray tell where/how you got it. I've done a re-start & am just going back to the caves to make sure i've got 50 diamonds from there cause i certainly can't find anymore for now.
Quiggie - You have to climb up a stalactite in the caves - it's in a hidden area as well!

EDIT - got the shoes now, thanks! Don't know if it is a bug, but I had the correct item in my inventory, but used the pickaxe on the police station and got the 'right idea, wrong place' message - that sent me on a bit of a wild goose chase until I accidentally used the correct item in the right place!!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH saved over my best saved game!!!!!!!! Oh well starting again. Sorry should have been "check out what GOT you in there", it was to help with shoes.

I am, aren't i {yolkfolk}:rofl: I've only got 1 last thing to do knowing grandad though its a toughie!! Worry about the spray bottle & bible later, there isn't anything to do with the lift shaft just says that, if you mean the vents in the house you need to find the spanner, other than that let me know what items you have to see if you can use them before needing all the diamonds. By the way there is another stalagtite to climb, again thru a secret bit but before you go thru an entrance.

Thanks quiggie, those where the two I was missing.
A word of warning. If you don't find the code to open the bedroom (before you get all the diamonds) you will not be able to finish the game. It is on the side of the elevator.
And the errors I found: ~ The two before mentioned ones: Messed up light switch and the "Right idea wrong place" even if it is the wrong item (that sent me on the same wild goose chase with the pickaxe as frogandhat). ~ The bouncy stool doesn't work with the spacebar. ~ If you get caught by the guard is in the screen through the door above the front desk you keep getting caught every time you enter the door. ~ If you enter the old house area then leave without continuing on Dizzy mentions the grate in the garden even though there is no way he could know there is a grate or even a garden for that matter.
Thanks Quiggie, 2 more diamonds, so on 99 now. {yolkfolk}:crazy: Objects I have are bible, empty spray bottle, flippers, scuba, stool, pickaxe, master key, Mr Pointy and spanner . The only things I can see to do are the gap in the lift shaft, and the vent in the house where the entrance is blocked
EDIT - got the bedroom door code legitimately!!! Still one diamond short though! I kept trying to send the lift up using Mr Pointy and anything else, but to no avail!!
