Oh dear, me again who's stuck when others (Grandad) have finished the game!
I'm really loving the game and the brightly coloured graphics are terrific but I'm stuck. I have burning torch, hammer, barrel, key, fire flower, flippers and scuba gear. I've tried all the items everywhere but no joy so I think I must have missed something really important. Could someone help please?!!
Sparkles - I am in the exact same position as you, so there are two of us didn't realise! Thanks SnTrooper!
EDIT: I have now collected all the coins, and Grand Dizzy, Dora, Daisy, Denzil, Dozy and Dylan, but have no idea what to do with them. I took them back to Theo but he doesn't seem interested. The only objects I have left are aqualung and flippers, barrel, fire flower and watch. I am sure that Bowser asked to be rescued but I can't seem to do anything with him or pick him up? I unlocked his cage and he still just sits there. {yolkfolk}:scratch:
Thanks EgoTrip - a quick visit to Youtube and got that sorted, thanks. Nice ending, opening the way for a sequel. Not sure where Grandad's sneaky last coin was, yes it was sneaky hiding the coins, but nothing too tricky, though I am not sure what the point to them was, other than to give a little health back? A nice enjoyable game EgoTrip, with some nice puzzles and good looking with the Mario graphics, so well done and I look forward to the next installment! {yolkfolk}:clap: {yolkfolk}:cheers: {yolkfolk}:clap:
If you played Another Dizzy Day to its end, then you'll understand the point. Basically, Zaks said "I'm gonna make your life hell!" at the end of ADD. This game was him posing as Theo, leading you on a wild goose chase just to screw with you. There will be a sequel at some point, but for now I'm taking a rest from DizzyAGE..
My last coin was in the ghost house ...but more by luck than judgement as I couldn't work out the system (even by leaving items on the different ledges on the upper level and by the different entrances) ..and had already done the 'check behind everything coin finding method'. Sad to say I even drew a map to make sure I'd found all the clouds.
Yea, that's what i presume as well, that the last coin is in the ghost house. I'll check again to see if that's where it is. I think there are 4 or 5 rooms in the ghost house.
Ah Dizzy & Mario really enjoying playing - lovely but as usual stuck looking for coins (got 46) Can u open that chest? thinking some might be in there. Haven used: barrel, fire flower or watch? Off to try find those damned coins :tongue:
Thanks just gotta work out how now lol, nothing i've got works neither does pressing up, got 48 coins now tho, am i missing an item i need for the chest? off to try, try, try {dizzy}:lookup:
Quiggie - there is a big key hole on the chest, that may be a clue to what is required? :tongue: If you go behind any piece of scenery, check behind there for coins, and as SnTrooper said, there are 2 coins hidden behind removable objects, and for a further clue they are fairly close to each other, and hidden in common coin hiding positions.
well i can see 2 items at bowser's castle but for the life of me can't get to them!!! 2 coins to find am assuming the chest & castle r what i need cause think i have all the hidden coins. Off to keep trying.....
mmm, my final coin is not in the ghost house, which has a neat mechanism once you observe it. Use items to test it :smile: ) room 1: (bottom->exit; right -> same room; left -> room 3; middle -> room 2) room 2: (bottom -> room 1; right -> room 1; left -> room 1; middle -> room 3) room 3: (bottom-> room 2; right -> room 5; left -> room 4; middle -> room 4) room 4: (bottom -> room 3; right->room 3; left -> room 1; middle-> room 1) room 5: (bottom->room 1; right -> room 1; left -> same room; middle -> room 3)
Aaaaah, finally, the hidden one was in the depths of the moat. Nice ending EgoTrip, didn't expect it :teethy:
Here's an image of the Ghost House I used when developing the game if you get really stuck. Ignore the layout errors, its the doors that matter. Denzil is in the middle room.
hurrah finished!!! That was great fun thanks EgoTrip really enjoyed playing, but ur a sneaky bugger for those 2 reasons but it made me lol a a lot. Looking forward to more when u've had a nice break {yolkfolk}:thumb: {yolkfolk}:thumb: {yolkfolk}:thumb: {yolkfolk}:thumb: {yolkfolk}:thumb:
