Disappointed that I need help as I'd class myself as a big Father Ted fan ha. Have alot of items which are: Cowboy boots, massive tool, fertility symbol, milk bottle (have feeling these could all be linked to Pat Mustard?) Tek wars, shoot magazine and Vegas tickets.
I think I know what to do with the wax and I'm presuming the harpic is for Father Cracked (great name). Have used the whistle but need to do something after that? Any help would be great {yolkfolk}:thumb:
I was really confused as to how you got the Vegas tickets already, but that's because I've not long finished a 9-hour shift at my new job at an insurance company and my brain is falling apart like a wet cake. Of course, the Tek Wars glitch I fixed! (The Shoot! magazine thing is also a glitch, albeit not one that affects anything. God help me I really am a big fool).
So it sounds like what you need to do is bounce into Dougal's dream! The item you find there can be used by way of a silly pun I rehashed from my previous game, or Mrs Boiled can tell you :smile: . Oh, and the harpic is one ingredient of a bathtub cocktail.

I finished up in college last week so I've got loads of free time to sit around and badly attempt to play Dizzy games ha! That clue helped but I'm stuck again but it's early days yet so I'll not ask for another clue yet. "God help me I really am a big fool" that's a Dougal quote isn't it?

Sorry about that red bird glitch.. it's actually due to the electricity which I forgot to assign a death to. I guess the thought didn't enter my head that anyone could die in the area I specifically designed to be difficult as I felt the house was lacking in dangers. :wall: The new update fixes that, along with a glitch that made it impossible to collect the last fag. "Like I said the last time, it won't happen again". Thanks everyone for not hating me!
The thing under the table is where they grow lettuce! Just a visual joke there, it was originally going to be the lettuce you can pick up but I thought that was too easy.
And sorry everyone for implying it was an easy game... I see now that even a die-hard fan could have trouble negotiating my damaged brain.. Glad people worked out that Dougal seeing a camera warps his dreams though, hahaha!
STUCK!!!! I was doing really well with 14 coins and several item solved. Should have known it was too good to be true.
Anyway, items I have are:- empty bottle, milk bottle, cowboy boots, fertility symbol, whistle (used), Shoot magazine, Tek Wars, earwax, massive tool. I can't work out how to get the green stuff in the kitchen or how to make the bishop move.
This is a brilliant idea for a game by the way and I'm really enjoying playing it so any hints or tips to move me on would be gratefully received.
Thanks for your lovely feedback :teethy: Have you tried bouncing into Dougal's dream? If not, that will open things up a bit. If you have, you should know that his dream will change when you use a certain item on him (which it sounds like you don't have yet).
Thanks for the help Andy but I'd already given Dougal the item he needed. I've now managed to get rid of the Bishop. Sampras is wicked!! Stuck now with rope, roller blades, bathtub hooch etc. Can't work out how to free Father Cracked (I've tried plying him with alcohol). Any hints?
You don't need to do anything else with Father Cracked! And Mrs Boiled can give you at least one hint with the items you have {yolkfolk}:thumb: {yolkfolk}:thumb:

I'm really sorry but I'm stuck again! Rubbish aren't I. I've used the Hooch, the massive tool and the rope. I have 18 Lovely Fags and the following items, fertility symbol, milk bottle, massive tool (used), roller blades, cowboy boots, whistle (used) and dear old Sampras (used)
Mrs Boiled has given me a clue about one of the items (roller blades) but I can't find anything that fits. Could I have a clue please?

You're not alone! I'm about the same place only I've not found a use for the massive tool.
Thanks, finished it there. I got stick in places I really shouldn't have (especially the use for the rope)! Only used the massive tool once I think. Ended up with 48 lovely fags because of the bug haha. Some quality humour that had me laughing throughout. Didn't have an ending with Larry Duff though? Well now I'm really confused! How did you get the wheel for the car without crashing Larry's plane? Maybe that first version was more bugged than I thought :blush: I'll definitely make sure it's playtested next time! Glad you liked it :teethy:
Oh the plane did crash after I was on the phone to Larry. Sorry I thought from reading a previous comment that Larry was included in the ending. Glad I finished the game today as I've been taking Champix tablets for the last 2 weeks to quit smoking and today is my quit date haha. Don't need anymore reminders :lol:

Finished - that was great fun to play, getting that phone going was my toughest bit, but loved it. Only managed to finish with 19 ciggies tho, played a couple of times but for the life of me couldn't get the 20th but will play again. Thanks & good luck in the comp :tup: :tup: :tup:
