Yes, I mean "A Nice Cup of Tea". There it is few graphics.

And we are not all Russians.

TRZ - Ukraine
Dr. Titus - Russia
DarkFalzX - USA
Rindex - Russia

Gather a team. To make one excellent game it is unreal. Or it is necessary to be the genius.

Plus of course, I can always depend on him to give my games a crap score in the competition {yolkfolk}:yahoo:

You might be in trouble this year Steve. I reckon Hollywood's the best game of the four.

Like most of Grandad's games, it disorientates the crap out of me from the outset. I get lost really quickly and can't find my way back, so actually the last thing I'm thinking of is where to use the items. But I'm getting there..
And Rindex gave me a telling off too about my graphics. He says the 16-bit graphics shouldn't be used on the 8-bit screen. But I aim to prove him wrong {yolkfolk}:yo:

AndyG, the game Dizzy on the ZX-Spectrum computer one of the best. And any of 1-6. Dizzy-7 another worse.

And I consider mixing of styles 8-bit and 16-bit wrong. It is necessary to do either so, or so.

I think we're basically on the same page here  . It's important for the graphic style to be consistent. I just don't like using the higher resolution with DizzyAge because it takes too long for Dizzy to move across the screen. What I have so far is looking pretty sweet :teethy:

Ah everyone has different tastes, be dull of we all loved the same thing.

I reckon we should make sure Grandad wins this year just to annoy him

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!

Think of how disappointed all the contributers to Crystal Kingdom Dizzy will be, and that their children will grow up twisted and maladjusted at knowing their fathers are losers.

Sorry Andy, but I find one long flat landscape quite dull ...and really tedious if you have to go from one end of a map to the other to find something and then back to the other end to use it. However, I promise I'll never make another maze as long as the 'motorbike' one in Daisy's Odd Day

As a contributor to Crystal Kingdom Dizzy, can I just say how unhappy I was with the finished product. It was flawed in both design and execution and I disown it entirely.

Oh, I thought the group remake was was supposed to be OK. I've never played the Speccy version, only the Amiga version (which I still have) so can't make any comparisons.

D'uh, just noticed the wink (I should have gone to specsavers!)

Well I certainly won't be disowning the Father Diz title screen! That took me about a week and I'm super happy with that :teethy:

Well, with four days to go I feel I should remind those who are still to vote that you should give a high score to Crystal Kingdom as it was a group effort and a high score to Dr Titus for remaking a brilliant game and including a save feature that allowed me to actually finish the game for the first time!! Hoorah!!

Reckon the Seymour remake wasn't too bad, so a medium score would be sensible, but as for Daisy's Odd Day! What a pile of rubbish that was; especially that huge, totally unnecessary, motorbike maze and and totally gratuitous nudity and sluttiness. If only you could give it a minus score to show your contempt!! {dizzy}

Well done to you, Dr. Titus.

I'm only glad I didn't end up on the bottom half of the list. {yolkfolk}
