I thought there might have already been a topic about Dizzy references we've come across but i could find one.

Anyway, saw this today for the first time and noticed something....
Pretty sure that says dizzy with an egg on a box, i also noticed the Amiga version has something else.

It does look like a good game, but It's far too easy to die on it which is frustrating.

I think we can say that about most of theses old games... Dizzy in particular :teethy:

That's probably just you Meph

Back in my younger days, one of the reasons I enjoyed the early Dizzy games was that there wasn't continually respawning monsters coming at you in all directions so I could chill out with a cup of tea and adulterated ciggie whilst I played it ...and then get killed by mistimed jumps over crabs or walking into a screen with fish in front of me cos I wasn't paying attention when I last left that screen.

Actually, Amiga version says 'pizza', and Speccy version, probably, too. So, it's not an egg, but a disc.

Chubby Gristle was one of my favourite games on the Spectrum. Never noticed that reference on the loading screen, strangely enough. :surprise:
