Spooky – where did you get the speed spell please?
[/quote]
Sure the speed spell is over the shark where you got the other honey & tears?

Quiggie - I got three jars - honey, tears of laughter and red sea and I think the latter is what Spooky is referring to.
Having avoided that shark, I thought I would try the same trick at the beach. I avoided the shark easily enough, but to the right of the beach is a big black hole of infinite falling. And guess who hadn't saved his game? :umm:

Oh i defo didn't get the red sea one!!!
Lol i did exactly the same BUT i saved every time before i jumped in any water. Hope you weren't to far back.
That's odd you didn't get the red sea jar, but I suspect that that room is actually a bug, and maybe you have kept your original jar and not transformed it yet?
No, I had only done both sharks before my suicidal swim, so no great loss, especially as I am using the area between the shark an mermaid as my stash area so that is where my last save point was.
Well, as we are all stuck at the same point:
a) I don't feel quite so stupid, and
b) It won't be me getting a slap when I find out what I am missing, Grandad!!! {dizzy} {yolkfolk} {yolkfolk}:joy:
Well some stupid pensioner forgot that you can skim along the top of water when wearing the flippers and avoid sharks! That 'little room' is not part of the game - it's where I keep stuff for swapping etc ...and also my 'template' game has the speed spell in it. Luckily it's not activated in this game or you wouldn't have to solve the damn dam puzzle {dizzy}
As I suspected. But is there a clue as to how to solve the dam???
I have managed to get each spout working on their own, and each spout turned off individually, but that is all they can do and none of it seemed to make a difference!
PLEASE!! {yolkfolk}

To solve the damn: in sluice gate room, consider a sluice gate to be a 'door' for water. After solving that the game is easy to complete.
Jarek - I don't think you are at a point to get the code yet - but you should see from previous posts where the clue is, and a clue as to how to use it. Similarly, I have posted clues as to where the flippers are.
Kitty - Hello (sorry!). I can't seem to go into either the pipes in the switch room or the holes at the bottom of the dam {dizzy} Can you please give a bigger clue? Thanks

What you call the switch room is what I call (a la Miranda) the sluice gate room. Cast a spell in that room.
Oh, b.h.! I had forgotten all about that! Thanks
Getting lots further now! And I found another minor issue - give an incorrect item to the oyster and the message has a "/n" in it
EDIT: Finished! {yolkfolk}:yahoo: Thanks for another great game Grandad, and yes that was a real D'Oh moment sorting out the dam. {yolkfolk} {yolkfolk} {yolkfolk} {yolkfolk}
