I wanted to replay the original version of "Spud's Quest" after several years and I realized that it's fullscreen...
I just don't like fullscreen. I want my games running in clean windows. How to force this particular game into a window? Alt-Enter doesn't work. Creating a shortcut and adding "-window", "-w" or "-windowmode" in the property line doesn't work. The game doesn't have an ini file. I even tried using Virtual Box, but I have no idea at all how to run a game after opening the program...
Fullscreen just creates lots of problems, such as I don't know what size will my screenshots be and I can only use Paint XP for Windows 7, which can change image size only in percentages...

It looks like a Clickteam Fusion game, I don't think you can, looking on Google the author would need to bind it to a key to toggle windowed.
Maybe try emailing the author and see if there is a way?

I'm trying it again because I'm discovering DXWnd. So I still have very little experience with this program, I don't understand the parameters and what they do anyway. Does anyone know DXWnd? I don't know how to setup graphics correctly for "Spud's Quest" (the original game). The whole screen isn't displayed, its right half is hidden behind the black outline. Also, if I remember the original colours well, they don't display correctly now. I know it's possible to setup graphics for a particular game in DXWnd, but I don't know how to do it.
