Are you sure you touched the red wall on the bottom row properly?
If so, sorry to see you've uncovered an issue with the online version of the game.
There shouldn't be any bugs or faults with them at all. {yolkfolk}:scratch:
Are the online versions supposed to be assured 1:1 conversions or just best guess work? If this error is correct or there's even a concern it is that means it can't actually be. But how much is it based on any attempt to reproduce the original coding?
I doubt the DizzyAGE port was trying to be exactly the same. For one thing, the bridge pieces leading to the Purse of Gold have a much simpler pattern to when they appear than the originals.
