Ko Tapu Dizzy (HELP THREAD)

It was my original hope to release Ko Tapu on Boxing Day (something of a James Bond TV tradition back in te day)...but in the end I got in done earlier than I thought...until you spotted that bug for me {eggs3}:haha: .

Good luck with the next bit - pretty much on the home stretch now! (though I hope you've got a piece of paper and a pencil to hand for after you kill the vampire :tongue:   {eggs3}:draw: )

I am suddenly in a jam again and wondered if I could elicit a brief hint? I am in Icy H.Q of a really rotten egg, I don't have anything to protect me from the stalactites... from skimming through the chats I think I have to complete the Yellow sub. I have dealt with the fab former-four but now am a bit stumped, can't stop the jiving Captain from spotting me. Any help??

I finished the epic 'Ko Tapu' a few days ago. Thank you for all your help and advice, and for taking the time to craft this little number.

Particularly liked the inclusion of a certain character from Dizzy lore (and the Crash! days) .Plenty of scope for a sequel!

Glad you enjoyed [REDACTED]'s role - I was always more of an Amstrad Action man myself; which maybe why [REDACTED] mentions their previous role as not counting for [REDACTED]. 

I'm not so sure about a sequel to be honest - would be happy for anyone to pick up that gauntlet!

I am however working on a 'directors cut' - which I'm thinking will feature

• A mission to rescue Lemonade from an underground cave maze (probably below Baron Samedi's grave after he departs
  • That would mean Pogie is in the Kart - so a different task there
  • I'd like to make it so you have to drop the glass sword in the clouds or it will smash - like the rocks in Spellboud - if you smash it after the Baron departs then you'll not be able to complete this part of the game; no 100% for you!!
• A ghost preventing you from switching the buzz-saws off (so better not try using the Ghost Hunter's Laser on the Cpn')
• a role for Shamus - who would reference Darby O'Gill's friend (played by Sean Connery)
• Minecraft the fortune teller (her parents liked early Microsoft games - but her sister got the better name!)..played by the usual Witch/Hag character.
• A visit to St Peter ("Like Heaven Above Me" - lyrics from The Spy Who Loved Me)
• The Dragon - who might run over a truck of water (see dragon in Dr No and Tank in GoldenEye)
• If you don't get 100% you get a significantly cut down version of the ending - only becoming a member of [REDACTED] if you get 100% ???
• Switches on the switches!

But don't expect this any time soon...all I've done is the switches so far!!

Really enjoying this game but I'm stuck.  I've zapped the stalactite but can't get up to the next level.  I haven't unlocked the grey lock and reading the help thread I think I might need some false teeth but haven't found any.  Could I have a hint please.

Thanks for the hint Deflector it helped me move on a bit.   Now trying to work out the monitors and the evil spiders.  Think I’d better read through the helpthread again o 🤣 

I'm not sure if I've found a bug. I've been up in the room with all the screens and ran across whatever it is that flashes all the numbers up. But when I go back to the treehouse area, Daisys lift isn't working and the weight has disappeared, and the lift by the shop isn't working now either.

Loving this game (only about a year behind everyone else) but totally stuck, and I can't see any mention of this one in the thread above so guessing it's something really easy... I've got 3 minutes to find a magic bomb, but I can't find it anywhere! And what does the Magic Detektor do? I've been turning into a frog for days now! Would really appreciate a very direct instruction! Thanks x

@deflector thanks for the tip. Can't believe I forgot about that clue! Finally managed to complete it, and with a score of 100% too!

@007Samurai brilliant game, really enjoyed it (bit of a Bond fan so loved the references). Can't wait for your next one!

Hey, oh its a long time i have played that game, but i remember its a statues head, use it right when you enter the room :) ask ahead again if you needs help/hints :) Glad to help :)

@sun2003 Hi there and thanks for the nudge forward, i never thought of standing back a bit lol

I seem a bit stuck again with many items, i have iven the one-coin world guy the coins and wants something extra, i'm guessing the diamond in the rats mouth, but tried many items to retrieve it without any luck, any hints to move further, i'll be so greatfull :tup:  

i mean that daisy can help with the rat, have you tried talking to her :)
