Dizzy's Quest (HELP THREAD)

@grandad Thanks for the hint Grandad. I followed your instructions but only found more coins, not diamonds.  I went back into the maze in case that had changed anything (it is a Grandad game after all) but no joy.  Have I missed something?

Oops! It is coins, although the blob at the top of the purple tower gives an extra diamond. Your main source of extra diamonds are in the Adventurer's Guild as there are 12 diamonds locked up in little boxes.

@grandad Thanks Grandad. I've moved on quite a bit now but can't find the yellow key.  I'm sure it dropped out of a brick the first time I played but no luck this time.  Any chance of a pointer?

Ok, 70 secrets, 4 magic stars, 23 gems, 23 coins and no more blobs. I need two more gems, exchange won't do no good. 

I'm in lord Blody's castle .. but ... where to find pink key ? How to get red vase couse i can't touch it ? What about reversal spell, where to use it ? What about Glenda house , window is glued ... any help ?

As for reversal spell focus on one of the lamps in the castle. As for red vase, you need to talk to Lord Bloody but that's for later. Glued window too.

well cant find the grey key somewhere... :)

Gypsy,[spoiler title="where the gems are"] in total there are 21 gems in the castle and surrounding area, 25 gems in botox bay, 12 gems in the Adventurer's Guild, 25 gems in Hollywood and 21 gems in the towers... making a total of 104, which means you need to buy the last gem at the shop :tup:  [/spoiler]

Zibi, [spoiler title="pink key"]there isn't a pink key in Lord Blood's castle, the pink key is found and used in the Adventurer's Guild. The potion to touch red vases and red buttons is hidden in a wall panel in Lord Blood's castle. Acetone is good for getting rid of glue {yolkfolk}:scratch: [/spoiler]

Sun, [spoiler title="grey key"]the grey key is hidden in the room to the left of the bouncy balls area, The two hidden switches at the left and right turn the moving red balls off and on, and then you have to drop down the middle of the top area to get the key :wall:  [/spoiler]

@grandad  ..., so, in game is error ... key hole ask me for pink key ("I need a pink key") but  purple key is working there :)

Oops, sorry zibi, you're right. I'll leave it for the moment as it would mean changing the keyhole and beam on the map as they are pink, not purple - and saved games wouldn't work.

@grandad Help, I'm also stuck by the pink forcefield and need a pink key - but I haven't got the purple key. I can see the purple key behind the forcefield, but haven't found the purple vase (but I have got a pink vase, but that didn't work). I've got 29 coins, 24 gems & 60 secrets. Items - spanner (used once), reversal spell, red switch spell, strength potion, yellow key (used once), grey key, green key, pink vase, a bucket (used once) library card (used twice) & a green vase. I can see where to put the green vase, but I need a pink key to turn off the pink forcefield. Hint, pretty please. 

Sorry Mabess, it is the purple key you need to turn off the force field and the purple vase is hidden in the right hand cliff of the yolk folk village. There is a flat walkway above Dora's hut, when on it do a long jump onto a cloud and another long jump into the cliff.

[spoiler title="another secret cavern"]There is a secret cavern above the top middle shelf. You need to get to that shelf in normal mode, then quickly switch to high jump and jump up and right or left to find more objects including the purple vase[/spoiler]

@grandad Ta. Missed the secret cavern in the middle (too busy swearing at the flying donuts). Enough there to get me moving again x

@grandad Help, I'm stuck again. Glenda's window is glued stuck, and I can't find anything to open it. (I'm hoping some of the other things I need are through there). Haven't found anything for Clarice or Ben Button, also haven't found the 2nd part of the coded clue. I'm carrying the strength potion & a bucket (used once), also have a spanner (used once). I have 22 coins (trying to save them), 14 gems & 65 secrets. (Also have 5 items to place in Hollywood). Have I missed another secret room? :sad:  

Did you find all four hidden objects in the secret caverns in the cliff to the left of the yolk folk tree huts?

How did Benjamin Button live his life? I'm sure you've got the item that reflects that.

The curator of the Hollywood Hall of Fame will give you something useful when you give him 25 diamonds.

@grandad ........so close now. Ben & Clarice are sorted, and I've found 2 gems I had missed. I'll have to wander around for a few hours now, because I am still 2 gems short for the Hollywood man. (All the chests have something in them, so I have been able to open the Glenda's window). Only 8 coins left, 23 gems, 74 secrets & 4 stars. :umm:  

You're going to need more coins Mabess, as you have to buy one diamond from the shop... there are only 104 that you can collect and you need 105 in total. {eggs3}:awooga:  

I'm stuck again ... thsi time and need more gems (curently i've got 30 coins, 21 gems, 67 secrets , 4 stars and i didn't use strenght potion yet) ... need item for Ellen Ripley and how to open the Glenda’s window ... Any help will be welcome.

I gave up, dunno where the last diamond is. 73 secrets and nothing to do.
