Browsing some old magazines, I've found a mini-article about upcoming(and now cancelled) Excellent Dizzy Collection for Sega Megadrive.
Interestingly, it has two screenshots of Go Dizzy Go and one of Panic Dizzy.
Its from Mega Force magazine, Issue 29 (June 1994), page 10.

Replying to this like one year later, but I unintentionally discovered more screenshots of the cancelled Sega MegaDrive (or Sega Genesis as it's called in my country) version of The Excellent Dizzy Collection from issue 51 of the SegaPower magazine! My suspicions when I studied the screenshots from the Mega Force magazine page were confirmed: Go! Dizzy Go! uses the sprites from Wonderland Dizzy and Daisy is playable in the Mega Drive version of said game as well!
