I'm stuck on the screen with the coin hole. (Blue tiled background. Coin hole above a door.) Any clues on how to place the coin? The items I have left are the machete (used) and the lucky red coin. I have 206 coins. I also haven't gotten the coin yet in the top right of this screen.

I'm stuck with 2 totems left - yellow and orange. Items I have: mgn glass, spanner, hammer, big vase, slot coins, 2x bags of gold and red coin.
@chlodnik229 From memory, the orange oscar is in the room with the spikes. Use one of your abilities here. The vase is handy for carrying something...

The lever is stuck anyway. I jumped, the star is gone but nothing changed for me. Yellow oscar is under the vent, but I can't find it. I found hidden pink teleporter, took the another oscar but that's it.
The vase, when used with another item, will help you to unstick that level...

I found bug. If I insert red coin in the hole, the message appears and I can't do anything. I can only close the game's window.

I don't think it is a bug. The coin was spat out for a reason...
Solved the coin hole screen. (Finding that mechanism was weirdly tricky. I spent hours jumping around that screen!!) Now up to 246 coins and hunting all over for the final 4...

In my case, the message is still on the screen. I can walk or jump, but menu is inactive. I have to close the game by task manager.

I have: big vase, hammer, red coin, bag of gold x2, magnifying glass, 4 x token S T L O. I found 6 Oscars: red, blue, green, brown, light green, purple. The orange lever is locked. The ventilation corridor is closed. What to do?

You have to find secret passage in area with pink buttons.
