Its pretty good game, had fun figuring things out but I dont know how to get BLUE ranger coin. I found green one and have a feeling like I need to maybe do something to make it change color?
Also, I've fed the cat with dead fish but it doesnt seem to do anything.
Any hints on either of these?

Yes, but i do not have the cheese for him.
Dizzy 9 - the shopkeeper doesn't appear until you've spoken to the rat and learnt about the cheese (one of the things I like about this game). {eggs2}:jumpup:

I have very little time to play so i save and load often. I did see the rat but had no cheese to i just reloaded save before i entered the rat tunnel. This should be the nudge i needed, thanks!

Seems you've already had some tips on the Blue Coin, so if you've had time to play since hopefully you've got that now.
The Cat / Fish puzzle isn't a necessary part of the game, just a little bit of fun. Being a big fan of Power Rangers i wanted to cram in as many little references and characters where i could, the cat is in a reference to Kat, the Pink Ranger who took over Kimberly in the series, and was for a short time able to become a cat. Dizzy even calls the cat "Park Cat" in the game, which was a name given to them in the show.
Another example of putting references in is a few other dud items / red herrings in the game, because even official Dizzy games would have items you didn't need to use.
If you need any more tips i'll do my best to help out :)

Im not very deep in Power Rangers lore but I do see some neat references and the ending sequence was really on the theme.
I've thoroughly enjoyed playing this game but now I'm stuck. I have 19 stars and despite searching everywhere, including every section of railing, I can't find the last one. Any chance of a list of star locations please.
I've just been all over the game again but I still can't find the 20th star. I'd really like to finish the game so would be grateful to anyone who can help.

It's nice to know my games are enjoyed, i'm learning as i go with each one i make and have ideas for a 4th one but we'll see how long that takes to create...
