Sparkles, you use the 4 vases in the area you're in. Look for a false wall, but save before you place the vases or you will lose them. 

oh dear oh dear oh dear!!!!  Thanks for the help but I think I'm in deep do do.  I didn't bring the crucial item with me and I can't get out of the bit I'm in.  I've lined the vases up under the shelves but despite jumping at walls wearing the fairy specs I can't find a false wall  

Have got all the green gems, but needs 1 more red, any hints please :)

Sun2003 you get a gem for each of the sections (red, blue, purple, yellow, brown or green) you complete so you need to check which one you haven’t done.

Sparkles, you are roughly where I am. We need to get to the pink button, but I have no idea how. Pressing on the green button doesn't open the green barrier unless you can do so from the other side. We can climb the ivy to the green barrier if we open the pink barrier. Otherwise, we cannot get out of the area we fell into. The false wall I was referring to was the entrance to the vase room. Have you found the worms yet? Hopefully someone can help. 

Sun, it is probably in the green area if you still have a locked door.

Sparkles: I don't think you need to start the game again. Perhaps just sacrifice a life, in order to get you out of that area and back to the start of that section. Then go get the item in question.

I'd saved over all my games so have had to start again!  Stupidly i can't find the Zippo lighter or work out how to open the metal cabinet with no lock.  I'd love a nudge.

No I ******* haven't.  I don't believe it I found it all with no problem the first time so why not now???????  Back to the drawing board. :wall:  

Thanks sun2003 but I did that ages ago.  I got through the door to the second half of the game but didn’t take a vital item with me so I started again and now I can’t find hut ladies purple key or the Zippo lighter.  I’d be so grateful for any help anyone can give.

 Sparkles, as I remember hut ladies is in garden in red area.
