Reality Land Dizzy [HELP THREAD]

Hi!  Items are: A spider in a glass, a bank card, a buss pass, an old shoe, a pigmy cow, a phone and a scrap of paper. I think I have to purchase somehow the party craker but I have no idea how. I've been trying for some days now. Please any help?

I don't remember the game very well, but maybe you have to fall down the well and use the phone to get rescued? That was the bit I got stuck on.
