what does the "cool" option in the dizzy.ini file do???

The DizzyAGE manual describes it as the "CPU cooling option" and that it should always be set to 1.
Never paid it any mind myself.
When enabled, it adds an extra 1 ms sleep in each game loop iteration, reducing CPU usage.
