So I was playing treasure island Dizzy using RetroArch (I know, don't boo me), the Amstrad CPC version, and I thought i'd try and give the mag to the store guy, the item dropped so i tried to pick it up and it freezes the game and it bugs out. I'm wondering IF that's an emulator thing, or the same happens on REAL hardware, or any of the emulation games on here. HAS anyone come across this game freezing bug before..? Does it happen on other versions..? etc, just curious about more info on it, IF any.
Just on a side note, I know you get extra points for dropping it in water but I was just curious what the shop guy would say if I try to give it to him.. lol.

I won't boo you for using RetroArch, since we use use it for the Codies Play Centre, but never got round to adding the Amstrad games.
About this bug though...
I tried it on the emulator Caprice, and the bug you mentioned doesn't occur at all.
I've even tried on the Spectrum version and the bug doesn't happen there either.
This bug could likely be something to do with RetroArch.
@khaosadz Just when i try to give the mag to the guy, he gives me the whole "I dont want it" speech then it drops the item on the floor on it's own, so i try to pick it up then the crash occurs. I thought it might be a RetroArch issue, thanks for trying, i'm sure i'll get around to test this as I go through all the games on all systems.
I currently got a little Dizzy project on the go, which will require me to play ALL the official Dizzy games on ALL systems the games appeared on.
It's a shame you've not added the Amstrad versions of the games to the game library here on yolkfolk.com. It's MY unpopular opinion, the Amstrad had the better ost's for the Dizzy games.
