Extended and Classic Editions of Spectrum Dizzy Games

Following the recent releases by @dr-titus , I've started this thread to keep record of all the Extended and Classic Editions that have been released for the Spectrum.

The 'Classic Edition' introduces various enhancements, improvements and major bug fixes.
And the 'Extended Edition' adds extra rooms and puzzles, and some items and collectables being re-located.

@khaosadz Hi, i'm having problems not being able to obtain the extended edition of this game, when i download, it does so as wordpad and not a zip file and if i try to play online it comes up as "jAmeba" with a blank screen.

I have no idea why this happens as other people can play this, i also had the same problem tryng to play treasure island dizzy.

Any help with these issues will be most welcome and appreciated :tup:  

@grobsy Hmm, not sure what to suggest really, but it sounds like something is definitely not right with your PC or your browser if Wordpad is opening zip files. {yolkfolk}:scratch:  

Have you tried right clicking the link and save as?

@khaosadz Hi adam, thanks for assisting, it's only when i download it from this site that it's downloaded as a TAP file and opens up as wordpad.

Like yourself, i've no idea why this happens, as all other past games where zip files, and can't play online either. I remember playing it first time around and was looking forward to playing this one lol
